Business Projector Services
Are your meeting attendees tired of gathering around a laptop?

Business and office projectors
Projectors are a popular choice of display in a business setting for a few important reasons.
In the long run a projector is a worthy investment, saving time and money on producing handouts. As well as this they offer a far better view than attendees gathering round a small laptop screen.
Using a projector to present information in a meeting will also increase engagement, enabling effective collaboration.
How much does an office projector cost?
The cost of a projector installation will vary depending on the projector itself, the type of screen, and the installation method. Manual and electric screens are available and projectors can be wall or ceiling mounted. We will advise the most suitable setup for your business in a way which makes the most of your budget.
There are a huge number of office projectors available and knowing which one to choose is no easy task. We are more than happy to guide you through the process and recommend the ideal solution based on your requirements. We talk your language and won’t blind you with science. So all you need to do is get in touch and let us know what you have in mind, then leave the rest to us.
Is a projector messy to install?
Installing an office projector is far from messy, because we hide cabling as much as possible, giving a professional and neat finish. We have a wealth of experience installing a variety of commercial AV systems in offices including video conferencing, high resolution large format displays, next generation wireless presentation plus easy-to-use control systems. We can also recommend and install the latest commercial audio systems and acoustic treatment to compliment your projector setup.
Business Projector Installer
Digital Vision AV has nearly 20 years of experience supplying and installing projectors and projector screens in the corporate sector for all types of office environments, including meeting rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms and huddle rooms.
Rather than carry an inventory of stock we always source the latest in projector technology from the leading brands. So you can be confident that the equipment we supply will be suitable for years to come.

Installation process
Depending on complexity we provide a free site survey
We will supply a quote with a breakdown of the recommended equipment to be installed
An installation date is then agreed at a time which suits you and is as unobtrusive as possible
Once installed we provide on-site training to ensure the equipment is used to its fullest
We also offer maintenance and support plans for complete peace of mind
It’s no exaggeration to say video conferencing and other technology solutions have enabled us to keep the business going and functioning effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Business projector specifications
There are a huge number of business and office projectors available and knowing which one to choose is no easy task. We are more than happy to guide you through the process and recommend the ideal solution based on your requirements. For example, there are a number of factors to consider, which we will advise on, depending on your circumstances:
Resolution
This measures the clarity of the image being projected. 4k projectors will provide the greatest image quality and will help to future proof your setup. However, for a more budget-friendly option 1080p projectors are also an option
Contrast Ratio
The measurement of difference between black and white on the projector screen. A ratio of 3000:1 means the brightest point is 3000 times brighter than the darkest point. Generally speaking, the higher the contrast ratio, the greater the image quality
Brightness / Lumens
This is the amount of brightness produced by the projector. 2500+ lumens is recommended as a minimum but this depends greatly on the brightness of the room and the amount of ambient light present
DLP vs LCD
DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a digital micromirror device often used in cinemas. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) uses a bulb or LED and can be less bright but also more cost effective. Both have advantages and disadvantages
