How does Barco ClickShare work?

The setup process is straightforward and involves connecting your laptop or mobile device to the base unit via its WIFI connection. Once connected, pair the base unit to the display, then pair each Clickshare Conferencing Button to the base unit. 

There are then 3 ways to share your content to the meeting room display. Either by pressing the ClickShare Conferencing Button attached to your laptop, by using the ClickShare App (available on desktop, Android and iOS), or by mirroring the content to the screen (using AirPlay, Miracast or Google Cast). This process also allows you to connect to the room’s speakers and camera.  

You can control the content being shared by selecting an individual application window rather than your whole desktop view. To stop sharing simply press the ClickShare Conferencing Button or click the button in the app.

You have the freedom to connect using a laptop, smartphone or tablet. All of them enable seamless connectivity with your existing AV equipment and platform. For example, the app synchronises with your Outlook calendar and with one click your Teams app will open, allowing you to immediately join the next call on your agenda.
