Having invested good money in your AV installation you will need to have peace of mind that you have continued functionality, a disrupted training session or presentation can all represent a failed opportunity and if for any reason there is a failure or fault, that the issue can be rectified in as short a time as possible.
Digital Vision offer a range of support services which include extended onsite warranty packs for individual hardware products, return to base service and repairs through to full onsite maintenance contracts to cover complete solutions which include 8 hour response, loan equipment and onsite preventative maintenance visits. We will repair and maintain any facility and its equipment, even if it was not purchased through us originally
When it’s time for you to update your old AV equipment, we’ll not only assist you with the design, supply and installation but we will also arrange to recycle your old equipment in accordance with the WEEE – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive. This includes all electrical AV equipment and projector lamps.
